About the Role
Upwind is seeking a creative and data-driven Sourcing Strategist to identify and attract top talent for a variety of Go-To-Market roles. This role offers significant visibility, ownership, and impact within a rapidly growing Cloud Security Platform company.
Responsibilities
- Own the sourcing strategy and build diverse pipelines across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Utilize data, market mapping, and competitive insights to inform talent targeting.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to deeply understand role requirements.
- Implement AI tools, automation, and unconventional approaches for outreach and pipeline building.
- Drive employer branding initiatives through content creation and market representation.
- Create memorable candidate experiences.
- Track performance, report on pipeline health, and iterate on sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sourcing or talent research experience in a fast-growing startup.
- Experience in the cyber security space is ideal.
- Cross-functional sourcing experience across GTM roles in different regions.
- Proficiency in using AI tools in sourcing workflows.
- Data-driven decision-making using market data, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates.
- Ability to craft creative and effective outreach messages.
- Understanding of the connection between sourcing and employer brand-building.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing talent gaps.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
