About the Role

As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will be a key partner to our AMER sales leadership team to help support long-term growth. This role blends hands-on execution with a strategic lens. You will be responsible for maintaining the data and processes the region runs on today, while bringing data-driven recommendations on how to scale processes and build the team to support continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual territory carve for AMER, ensuring accuracy and equitability, and providing recommendations on territory structure.
  • Build capacity models to translate growth targets into recommended headcount, territory coverage, and quota scenarios.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for evolving sales processes as the region and company grow, identifying bottlenecks.
  • Partner with the Business Systems team to scope and prioritize Salesforce flows and automations.
  • Continuously evaluate and document manual, one-off, or tribal-knowledge processes.
  • Design dashboards (Tableau, Looker, Salesforce, Clari) for real-time performance visibility.
  • Analyze sales data, KPIs, and trends to surface insights and provide recommendations.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership on forecasting cadences and maintain forecast data accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI tools to automate manual Sales Ops workflows.
  • Design AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency across the broader sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Go-to-Market Operations, Sales Strategy and Operations, or Revenue Operations at a high growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Technically savvy with a solid understanding of Salesforce flows and automations.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales tech stack tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Clari, Gong, or Fullcast.
  • Proficient with Google Sheets and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker, with experience building dashboards from scratch.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to speed up analysis, data cleaning, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to present data and findings clearly and concisely to senior sales leaders.
  • A creative, solutions-oriented thinker energized by ambiguous problems.
  • A proactive self-starter who takes initiative.

  • Expected salary range: $84,000 - $132,000/year
  • Expected OTE: $95,000 - $136,000/year (including bonus or commission)
