About the Role
Epiphany Dermatology is seeking high-performing, driven MBA graduates for its Leadership Development Associate (LDA) – MBA Program. This program is designed to cultivate future healthcare executives passionate about operations management, efficiency, and strategic execution, offering hands-on exposure to the business of healthcare through impactful projects and senior executive partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on exposure to healthcare operations, strategy, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead and support healthcare-focused projects, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and operational performance.
- Participate in structured leadership training, workshops, and mentorship.
- Learn clinical workflows and patient care processes to understand the impact of operational decisions on patient outcomes.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives focused on growth, integration, quality, operational performance, and employee engagement.
- Analyze operational, clinical, and financial data to support data-driven decision-making and efficiency improvements.
- Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to understand interdepartmental collaboration in delivering patient-centric care.
Requirements
- MBA from an accredited institution.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in long-term growth into senior operational healthcare leadership roles.
- Passion for improving patient care and operational efficiency.
- Willingness to travel frequently to analyze diverse clinical operations.
- Flexibility to relocate for career growth opportunities.
- Prior healthcare experience preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States without restriction; no visa sponsorship.
