Responsibilities
- Taking ownership as a discipline leader on multiple projects.
- Responsibility for plumbing system selection, engineering & design.
- Preparation of Plumbing drawings, sketches, analysis, specifications, and calculations.
- Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Providing management and oversight of plumbing design support staff.
- Providing construction administration & site observations related to projects.
- Delivering exemplary service and support to team members and clients.
- Supporting overall project management to MEP team leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience equivalent to a degree.
- 10+ years' experience in MEP plumbing design/consulting.
- Team leadership/management experience.
- Project management experience in the MEP space.
- Working knowledge of IPC/UPC and IBC standards.
- Complete understanding of building codes.
- Thorough design system knowledge.
- A Professional Engineering License (or equivalent experience).
- CPD Certification.
- LEED® Accreditation.
- Working Autodesk® REVIT knowledge.
