About the Role
JMT Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead steel and concrete design solution projects from inception to completion. This role involves guiding design, detailing, fabrication, and assembly processes, ensuring precision and quality while managing project timelines and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management from initial planning through delivery.
- Utilize Tekla Structures to guide design and detailing processes.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and fabricators.
- Manage project schedules, RFIs, and change orders.
- Cultivate a cooperative and high-energy team environment.
- Ensure client satisfaction through direct engagement and communication.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of project management experience in steel detailing or a related field.
- Expertise in structural and miscellaneous steel construction.
- Ability to interpret fabrication drawings.
- Motivated self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Relevant Diploma, Certificate, or work experience.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
