About the Role
Propark Mobility is hiring Valet Attendants for part-time opportunities to start immediately. This role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and timely, explaining parking rates, and inspecting vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
- Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
- Maintain company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues.
- Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
- Must be energetic, outgoing and capable of standing, running, and carrying items up to 50lbs.
- Must possess great communication skills in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to resolve customer issues positively and helpfully.
- Must have a valid driver's license (at least 3 years).
- Must be able to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.
