About the Role
The Infant Feeding Preparation and Delivery Specialist is responsible for the preparation and delivery of all infant feedings, following sanitary regulations and standards. This role supports Aramark’s mission of delivering excellent customer service and acting as a role model.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver formula and breast/donor milk according to established safety and regulatory standards.
- Operate equipment necessary for infant feeding preparation and delivery, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventories of items and products for infant feeding preparation and delivery.
- Demonstrate effective organizational skills in managing formula and breast/donor milk preparation and storage.
- Utilize effective communication skills to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Assist in training other healthcare professionals and new hires on infant feeding preparation procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of additional schooling; nutrition background or experience preferred.
- Ability to perform well under stress and work independently within a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Physical capability to bend, lift, and push up to 20-40 pounds, with extensive walking and standing required.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Completion of training competencies for formula and breast/donor milk preparation.
- May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
