About the Role
The RBI Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed for bold thinkers passionate about building beloved brands, solving real business challenges, and growing within a global QSR powerhouse. This program turns potential into performance through a structured experience including onboarding, restaurant immersion, and cross-functional rotations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in an onboarding week to learn about RBI's culture, business, brands, and strategic plans.
- Gain hands-on experience in restaurants, learning core business operations and how to run a shift.
- Complete two 1-year rotations in different departments at the Restaurant Support Center.
- Develop business acumen, leadership skills, and cross-functional agility through rotations.
- Gain exposure to departments such as Marketing, Operations, Digital & Loyalty, Finance, Development & Franchising, Supply Chain & Procurement, People, Corporate Communications, and Global Business Services.
- Take on significant responsibility and engage in meaningful work during rotations.
- Receive ongoing training in problem-solving, analytics, communication, and leadership.
- Benefit from mentorship and career coaching throughout the program.
- Shape career path post-program, with support for continued skill-building or strategic moves.
Requirements
- Graduating with an undergraduate degree between December 2026 and June 2027.
- From any major, including Business, Marketing, Economics, STEM, and Hospitality.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to make an impact in a fast-paced business serving millions daily.
- Show passion for growth, ownership, and the QSR industry.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Be a self-starter who is humble, hungry, and hardworking.

Benefits
