- Build the technical narrative for each new device, highlighting target applications, differentiation, key performance parameters, and reasons for adoption.
- Develop and maintain cross-selling and pin-to-pin replacement materials mapping Nexperia devices against competitive parts.
- Partner with Applications and Systems Engineering to convert technical data into field-ready sales tools.
- Drive launch readiness for each NPI, ensuring collateral, pricing guidance, samples, and field training are complete at release.
- Plan, produce, and deliver technical webinars and live training sessions for global sales, distribution partners, and customers.

- Own the Power Management product content on nexperia.com, including page structure, parametric accuracy, application landing pages, and search discoverability.
- Track engagement and lead-generation metrics on digital content to prioritize future production.
- Own and maintain the internal sales portal for Power Management as the single source of truth for the field.
- Keep NPI status, product roadmaps, positioning material, pricing guidance, sales videos, and collateral current and version-controlled within the internal portal.
- Establish a release cadence and content governance for timely material refreshment.
- Drive adoption of the internal portal with Regional Marketing and Global Sales, and act on field feedback.
- Engage with sales teams, distributors, and customers to understand market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Collect, structure, and maintain competitive intelligence on Power Management devices, including parametric benchmarking, packaging, pricing, and roadmap information.
- Provide actionable input on portfolio gaps and customer needs to influence product development.
- Feed customer and competitive insights into product definition, business cases, and roadmap reviews.
- Support design-in and design-win conversion by collaborating with Regional Marketing Managers on target accounts.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Applications Engineers, Systems Engineering, and Regional Marketing across global sites.
- Contribute to portfolio positioning, pricing strategy, and demand generation planning for the Power Management portfolio.
- Represent Power Management products at trade shows, customer technical reviews, and industry events.

- Experience delivering technical webinars and live customer or sales training confidently to an engineering audience.
- Practical fluency in digital content creation, including video, web content management, and design-portal publishing, with comfort using associated tools.
- Ability to read datasheets, interpret technical data, and develop a differentiated positioning argument independently.
