About the Role
Develop advanced data science and AI/ML solutions addressing critical healthcare business, operational, and client questions. Work with complex clinical, financial, operational, claims, and EMR data to build scalable analytical capabilities that improve outcomes. Apply statistical methods, machine learning, NLP, and LLMs while partnering across teams to translate complex problems into production-ready solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop advanced data science, machine learning, and AI solutions using complex healthcare data.
- Conduct exploratory and predictive analyses across large, disparate data sources.
- Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, natural language processing, and large language model techniques.
- Design, develop, evaluate, and refine LLM-enabled workflows.
- Develop AI/ML workflows supporting production applications, analytics products, and data platforms.
- Translate raw data into standardized, enriched, and analytically useful data assets.
- Integrate LLMs and machine learning models with APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise applications.
- Partner with product, engineering, technology, clinical, and business clients to translate requirements.
- Evaluate data quality, model performance, and analytical outputs and troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate analytical approaches, findings, limitations, and recommendations.
- Contribute best practices across data science, experimentation, AI/ML, and analytical solution development.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Proficiency in Python required.
- Demonstrated experience applying statistical methods, machine learning, and predictive modeling to complex business or healthcare problems.
- Experience developing or applying large language models, natural language processing, or generative AI solutions.
- Experience developing AI/ML solutions that integrate with APIs, data pipelines, enterprise applications, analytics products, or data platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex, and disparate datasets and translate data into scalable analytical solutions.
- Experience communicating complex analytical concepts and findings to technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, product, technology, clinical, and business teams.
