About the Role

As an employee-owner at IEWC, you will be a valued team member contributing to growth by building awareness of IEWC's products and services internally and externally. This internship offers the opportunity to gain skills for career hypergrowth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the maintenance and development of IEWC websites, including creating/updating landing pages and UX initiatives.
  • Monitor websites and marketing platforms for performance, identifying and reporting any issues or inconsistencies.
  • Identify and report bugs, broken links, or visual inconsistencies to the web development or design teams prior to website enhancements.
  • Support the execution and optimization of SEO/SEM campaigns, including keyword research, content updates, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze website and campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare reports to track trends, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Write and edit marketing copy for websites, email, product pages, and collateral, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand voice.
  • Support product marketing activities such as image collection and color correction, content creation, data collection, product performance analysis, and partner marketing coordination.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate social media efforts to supplement IEWC's market presence and direct subsequent leads out to sales teams.

Requirements

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical and business information and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ability to work in a Windows environment, with department business applications and standard current computer applications.
