About the Role
In this role as Content Creator, you will plan, shoot, edit, and optimize a wide range of content, from TikToks to food photography, for iconic brands. You are an expert in social content with a deep understanding of platforms and audience expectations, enjoying the creative process to produce engaging brand acts and social content.
Responsibilities
- Identify social trends and opportunities to ideate and present content concepts that align with brand identity and participate in online dialogue.
- Collaborate with the team on planned content strategy for monthly and quarterly approaches, proactively recommending new content ideas and solutions.
- Create a diverse range of content using photography, videography, design, and platform-native tools, adapting styles for different moments and ideas.
- Ideate, build, shoot, and edit effective stories tailored to the quality and style of each social platform.
- Work collaboratively with a large team of creatives from ideation through execution, ensuring faithful realization of ideas.
- Manage multiple priorities and assignments, executing with rapid turnaround times for real-time moments and trending content, editing quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a design or content creation role with a proven track record of creating diverse content.
- A high-quality portfolio showcasing a range of social content, preferably from a creative agency.
- Proficiency in design programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects, including best practices for social channels.
- Demonstrated ability to create relevant content across all platforms with exceptional skills in visual storytelling, videography, and video editing.
- Passion, curiosity, and experience in creating content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and a commitment to continuous learning in social-first content creation.
- Experience producing high-quality content for clients with stringent quality standards.
- Ability to problem-solve and recommend appropriate production/design solutions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food that enhances brand marketing authenticity and appeal in the culinary industry.
- A desire to produce award-winning, internationally recognized work.
