About the Role
We are looking for English and Spanish Speaking Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) to provide community-based clinical services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a caseload of 3-10 clients.
- Attend monthly supervisions and team meetings.
- Serve as an intricate member of the SP team to ensure continuity of care and supports the services 24 hours a day, seven days per week as necessary.
- Provide structured face-to-face scheduled sessions to client based on the treatment plans.
- Provide services in the home, school, office and community setting.
- Ensure that the majority of mental health services are primarily rendered in the community and ensure that limited services remain clinic based.
- Documentation completed within 48 hours of service.
- Work collaboratively with and provide ongoing updates to the clinical team including psychiatrist as needed.
- Completes and attest to completion of all mandatory training as identified in TRR.
- Provide skill building and case management services to clients.
- Submit reports timely.
- Ability to work with children and family to deliver skills through approved curriculum.
- Ability to support the agency's culture, growth, and success through communication, accountability, and positive.

Education Level
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum number of hours that is equivalent to a major in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, physician assistant, gerontology, special education, educational psychology, early childhood education, or early childhood intervention.
