About the Role

In this role, you'll help make that possible by ensuring the materials and supplier partnerships our teams rely on are there when they're needed. We're looking for a Procurement & Sourcing Specialist II to join our Grand Island team. This is an opportunity for a procurement or supply chain professional to move beyond transactional purchasing and take greater ownership of supplier relationships, sourcing, negotiations, cost improvement and supply continuity in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop supplier relationships, including resolving issues related to cost, quality, delivery and service.
- Support sourcing activities, supplier selection, negotiations and RFx processes.
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce cost, improve efficiency and mitigate supply risk.
- Partner with Material Planning to support production requirements and continuity of supply.
- Analyze supplier, market and business data to identify trends and recommend action.
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and other partners on product and supplier changes.
- Develop reporting and analytical tools that provide greater visibility into procurement and supplier performance.
- Occasional domestic and international travel, approximately 10–25%.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree Required (preferred field of study: Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related discipline).
- 3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing in regulated industry environments
- Prior experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- $63,000.00–$83,000.00
