About the Role
WTW offers students real-world business experience. Our internships provide maximum insight into our business and preparation for your future career. You will apply university learning to intellectual challenges, gain client assignment exposure, and experience new and unexpected tasks daily.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with investment-related services including setting investment objectives, asset allocation, manager selection, performance measurement and evaluation, investment manager monitoring, custodian selection, transitions, and global research services.
- Assist with real client assignments that draw on technical and analytical skills.
- Work as part of dedicated client teams providing a variety of services.
- Support team members in constructing and delivering presentations to clients.
- Follow the professional excellence model, including review and documentation of client deliverables.
- Participate in meetings with investment managers.
- Increase efficiencies within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes and technology.
Requirements
- Progress towards a Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, or any other major with significant quantitative coursework.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed client standards.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong financial literacy is highly preferred.
- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
- Candidates graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between December 2027 through June 2028 are accepted.
