About the Role
SP+ is an artificial intelligence company focused on creating checkout-free parking experiences using computer vision. We are the largest parking network in America and are reinventing parking to give people back their most valuable asset: time.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management of a location, ensuring parking operations align with contractual guidelines and company policies.
- Foster good client relations and promote a professional image.
- Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of assigned locations.
- Assist with management duties as assigned.
- Provide courteous customer assistance.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks.
- Report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
- Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other materials.
- Substitute for any position as needed.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of garage areas, major streets, landmarks, and freeways.
- Complete other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
- Minimal high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimal months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong oral communication skills, including speaking clearly, listening, and responding to questions.
- Strong written communication skills, including writing clearly and interpreting written information.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and responsiveness to requests.
- Adaptability to changes in the work environment and ability to handle change, delays, or unexpected events.
- Sound and accurate judgment.
- Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and talk.
- Occasional ability to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
