About the Role
RealSelf is seeking a Product Manager to own the provider growth product area, focusing on tools, monetization, and consumer-provider connections. This role involves defining strategy, translating it into requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product outcomes in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the roadmap for provider growth in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Translate strategy into clear product requirements, specifications, and execution plans.
- Own roadmap prioritization across provider and provider-facing consumer initiatives.
- Partner with UX agency to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
- Utilize data, experimentation, and research to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering to ship continuously through A/B tests, features, and platform improvements.
- Shape the integration of AI, search, personalization, and recommendations in provider discovery and matching.
- Apply product discipline without hindering momentum.
- Partner with Sales on go-to-market strategies for new provider-facing capabilities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience on complex products.
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces.
- Comfort operating across consumer and B2B (provider-facing) use cases.
- Experience building or evolving trust-heavy products.
- Strong instincts around search, recommendations, personalization, or AI-powered experiences.
- Comfort operating as a lead or solo PM in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when pushing back with data.
- Track record of shipping and learning fast, with a strong experimentation mindset.
- Bonus: Background in healthcare or regulated environments.
