About the Role
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for effectively managing inventory costs and directing supply chain projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Drive process and system improvements focused on finding inefficiencies, reducing errors, and driving out costs.
- Identify and report on key performance indicators to measure performance against the strategic plan.
- Create and manage inventory strategies considering supply volatility and optimizing inventory with Purchasing.
- Enhance supplier relationships by supporting them in building and delivering continuous improvement plans.
- Evaluate processes, conduct supply chain audits, identify quality issues, and implement process improvement plans.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in supply planning.
- Manufacturing industry experience required.
- Domestic and international travel required up to 30%.
- Must have a valid passport.
