About the Role
Vince is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Full-Time Sales Supervisor to join their new retail concession shop within Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge. This role is instrumental in driving sales, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise features and benefits to enhance sales opportunities
- Actively engage with customers, listening to their needs and overcoming objections to drive sales
- Build long-term relationships with customers through follow-up contact, including phone, email, and written communication
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and housekeeping
- Operate the POS register system and email tools effectively
- Maintain elevated standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and housekeeping at all times
- Manage and maintain a client book, utilizing clienteling practices to foster customer loyalty
- Safeguard store inventory through adherence to loss prevention procedures
- Follow store operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth store operations
- Assist in maintaining the store’s visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
- Receive merchandise, ensuring it is properly displayed
- Process markdowns and handle transfers
- Be proficient in operating our point-of-sale (POS) register system and email communication tools
Requirements
- Prior experience in luxury or contemporary retail sales is preferred
- Strong sales-driven, goal-oriented mindset
- Positive, high-energy, and approachable personality with the ability to initiate customer interactions and assess their shopping needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team-player attitude
