About the Role
Design, develop, troubleshoot, and test/QA software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within existing software architecture and suggest improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop applications using Java, C#, Python, Go or similar object oriented or functional programming languages
- Utilize Data Structures and Algorithms
- Apply Object Oriented Design (OOD) and Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Work with Rest APIs
- Utilize enterprise databases like Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB or similar
- Use code collaboration tools like GitLab, GitHub, bitbucket or equivalent
- Provide support of productions by trouble-shooting issues and developing, testing, and the migration of solutions
- Employ Agile Methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation.
- 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
