About the Role

ATTN: is seeking an ambitious, creative, and strategic Senior Director of Brand Partnerships to join their new business team. This revenue-driving role focuses on growing ATTN:'s presence across technology, social media, and retail sectors by building on existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full deal lifecycle, owning a revenue target and managing prospecting, pipeline development, relationship-building, creative strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, building trusted relationships across brand, marketing, media, communications, and innovation teams.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through network, market knowledge, proactive outreach, and connecting ATTN:'s capabilities to client priorities.
  • Sell integrated, creative, and social-first programs spanning branded content, creator partnerships, experiential, streaming, digital, social, and strategic agency-style solutions.
  • Understand client objectives, business pressures, audience needs, and ATTN:'s role in helping brands show up with relevance and impact.
  • Partner closely with internal creative, strategy, account, production, and leadership teams to develop compelling ideas, proposals, and solutions.
  • Contribute to ATTN:'s go-to-market approach within key categories, identifying emerging opportunities, developing market intelligence, and building deeper relationships with priority brands.
  • Prioritize high-value accounts and develop thoughtful account plans supporting near-term revenue and longer-term strategic growth.
  • Create market momentum by turning relationships and outreach into meetings, briefs, project-based work, and larger-scale partnerships.
  • Maintain an active and disciplined pipeline, effectively managing opportunities and visibility into revenue potential and next steps.
  • Stay attuned to marketing trends, technology shifts, social behavior, cultural conversations, and integrated, multi-platform campaigns.
  • Operate strategically and entrepreneurially in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience across digital, social, media, agency, brand partnerships, client-direct sales, business development, or in-house marketing.
  • Strong experience working with technology, innovation-led, or culturally relevant brands.
  • Established network of relationships across technology, AI, consumer technology, social media platforms, enterprise technology, retail, or other innovation-focused companies.
  • Ability to build new relationships beyond your existing network.
  • Strategic and proactive client partner with experience selling or developing branded content, social-first campaigns, creator/influencer programs, integrated partnerships, or creative agency-style solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and convert them into meaningful commercial opportunities and long-term partnerships.
  • Experienced in building client-direct relationships and navigating complex organizations with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable selling ideas, creative solutions, and strategy.
  • Confident negotiating and closing complex, high-value partnerships, including six-figure opportunities and larger integrated engagements.
  • Commercially minded and comfortable owning a revenue target, managing a pipeline, and being accountable for measurable new business results.
  • Strong communicator and presenter with executive presence, sound judgment, and commercial discipline.
  • Ability to build trust with clients and internal leadership.
  • Fast learner and original thinker who can thrive in ambiguity, adjust quickly to change, and bring structure to open-ended opportunities.
  • Passionate about ATTN:'s mission, content, social storytelling, and the evolving role brands play in culture.
