About the Role
Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to provide exceptional service to customers. You will sell premium mattress and bedding products using a proven selling process and a cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system.
Responsibilities
- Leverage the bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system to help customers find their perfect mattress.
- Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience.
- Assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
- Reset the showroom floor.
Requirements
- Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
- Experience with state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile POS, and the bedMatch system.
- A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
- Sales experience in Furniture, Commission, Electronics, Appliances, Wireless, Cars, Automobiles, Home Improvements, or Consultative Selling is a plus.
