About the Role

Rubrik is seeking a passionate and highly driven individual to join its world-class Sales Operations team. This team partners with Field Sales Leaders on GTM strategies, metric tracking, and infrastructure development, providing data, process, and decision-making to drive revenue, growth, and sales productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Americas sales teams to help grow and shape the business, bringing analytical and operational experience.
  • Partner with sales leadership to drive operational cadence around forecasting, pipeline management, account management, and sales performance reporting.
  • Own weekly reporting cadence providing insights into business segment health and performance blind spots.
  • Drive accountability for key sales revenue KPIs throughout the quarter.
  • Apply analytics and problem-solving acumen to large datasets and initiatives to drive short and long-term revenue goals.
  • Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to segment leaders and management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and manage/deliver ad-hoc projects related to sales strategy/operations.
  • Engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders to identify and execute use-cases driving top-line revenue.
  • Support sales teams with quoting and account management requests, navigating internal systems (SFDC, CPQ, Clari, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal partners (Order Mgmt., Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Management, Product Ops.) for efficient execution and root cause analysis.
  • Build a GTM plan, including equitable sales territories, and design associated quotas and PG targets.
  • Support end-of-quarter and month-end closing procedures, including booking escalations, SFDC maintenance, and system troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations or similar role.
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to interface directly with Sales VPs.
  • Sales operations experience within Americas Tier1 Strategic accounts and building GTM plans and associated territory carving.
  • Strong revenue reporting and sales/financial analytical skills.
  • Experience managing large datasets.
  • Prior experience with operations support for large customer segments or business units.
  • Experience in structuring problems, taking initiative, and following through with strong execution.
  • Unwavering customer-first mentality with passion for service level and execution quality.
  • Proactive, creative, and flexible, using good judgment to accomplish tasks on schedule with minimal direction.
  • High-energy with positive attitude and bias for productivity.
  • Passionate and motivated to make a massive impact and work hard in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong people skills: Ability to develop relationships with Sales VPs, drive consensus, and results from cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, willing to roll up sleeves and get things done cross-functionally, on time, and with quality results.
