About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to manage a patient panel, conduct various types of visits, and collaborate with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
- Engaging in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
- Collaborating with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
- Utilizing specific clinical training and performing in-office procedures.
- Obtaining additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
Requirements
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
- State licensed in California by your One Medical start date.
- At least 2 years of practice as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting within the past 5 years.
- Alternatively, 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting coupled with either a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting within the past 5 years.
- Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures is a plus.
- Passion for human-centered primary care.
- Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds.
- Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
- Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery.
- Openness to feedback and reflection for productive insight into strengths and weaknesses.
- Ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues.
- Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs.

- $164,700 to $196,875
