  • Supervise and communicate proficiently to ensure practice efficiency while maintaining values and morale.
  • Complete administrative functions such as financial review, compliance standards, and end-of-day reporting.
  • Recruit and develop the team.
  • Manage the schedule to optimize production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 4 years of related experience.
  • Servant Leadership: Partnership and collaboration with team and Providers.
  • Dental experience required.
  • 3-5 years' prior management experience.
  • Professional, organized, outgoing, adaptable, and energetic.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile for patients and communicate well with the team.
