About the Role
As Lead Product Manager for the Business Lines tribe, your mission is to grow and strengthen the revenue Joko runs on today, across Online, In-Store and Gift Cards. You will report to Fabien, our VP Product, lead the Product Managers who own each task force, and personally take the calls that cut across them.
Responsibilities
- Set the tribe's strategy, arbitrating between three task forces and defending trade-offs.
- Own the revenue chain end to end, identifying and prioritizing leaks and levers.
- Understand affiliate tracking, attribution, card-linked payment integrations, and checkout/coupon flows.
- Champion the user experience by translating user needs into features and improvements.
- Navigate structural challenges like privacy regulations and ecosystem changes to build a resilient product strategy.
- Lead and mentor Product Managers, setting high standards for analysis, experimentation, and delivery.
- Define key metrics for each business line and ensure the tribe meets revenue contribution goals.
- Partner with B2B teams, Care, Data, and external partners.
- Manage and mentor Product Managers on Online, In-Store and Gift Cards.
- Set the bar on funnel analysis, experimentation and delivery.
- Grow people who can own a revenue stream on their own.
- Set the metrics that matter for each business line.
- Hold the tribe to those metrics.
- Be accountable for the tribe's contribution to company revenue.
- Partner with the B2B teams who own merchant relationships.
- Partner with Care on the user pain that untracked transactions create.
- Partner with Data.
- Partner directly with the affiliate and payment partners themselves.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product.
- Experience leading or mentoring other Product Managers.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, payments, adtech, or affiliate marketing is a strong plus.
- Data fluency: ability to interrogate funnels, break down metrics, and distinguish signal from noise.
- Business sense: ability to think in terms of revenue, margin, and trade-offs, and size levers in euros.
- Proven track record in people management.
- Technical appetite to understand tracking and payment integration mechanics.
- Experience running A/B tests and designing effective experiments.
- Excellent stakeholder leadership skills, including alignment, prioritization, and saying no.
- Resilience to handle problems that are not fully controllable.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in product work.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, enjoys challenges, welcomes feedback, and loves continuous learning.
