About the Role
We are building a new agentic stack called PQA - Prompt, Quote, Approve, designed for the enterprise, on a data model built for how pricing actually works today. We are looking for engineers to embed with our customers, own delivery end-to-end, turn one-off solutions into product, ship AI agents in the field, and be the fastest feedback loop in the company.
Responsibilities
- Embed with customers to understand their pricing and approval problems and turn them into shipped features.
- Own end-to-end delivery, from technical discovery through go-live, including scoping, building, and maintenance.
- Transform one-off customer solutions and integrations into core product features.
- Deploy and tune AI agents, such as quoting recommendations and deal modeling, against real customer data.
- Provide rapid feedback to the core team on product issues identified in enterprise environments.
Requirements
- A track record of owning technical delivery end-to-end, ideally with real customers or stakeholders.
- Strong engineering fundamentals, with the ability to build fast without compromising quality.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to find solutions in unfamiliar customer systems.
- High autonomy and a builder's mindset, taking initiative without waiting for specifications.
- Clear and direct communication skills with both technical and business leaders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites.
- Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
