About the Role
This role is for a commercially driven Director to own and grow revenue from the CorrigoPro service provider segment. The individual will identify opportunities, build business cases, secure funding, and drive execution of scalable programs, acting as a P&L owner. They will champion CorrigoPro revenue growth, collaborating cross-functionally to launch new programs and monetization strategies while prioritizing customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the facilities management and field service ecosystem, focusing on the service provider segment.
- Assess the competitive landscape, customer needs, and gaps in CorrigoPro to identify and prioritize new revenue opportunities.
- Evaluate the role of AI and emerging technologies in delivering value to service providers and generating incremental revenue.
- Develop a partnership marketplace strategy for seamless service provider connections through certified connectors.
- Identify strategies to maximize revenue from existing programs, with an emphasis on Corrigo Procure.
- Translate opportunities into rigorous business cases with ROI, market sizing, and financial projections.
- Present and advocate for strategies to senior and executive stakeholders, securing alignment and funding.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and CorrigoPro Business Operations.
- Drive end-to-end execution of approved strategies from concept through launch, ensuring timelines, milestones, and financial targets are met.
- Advocate for and guide Product Management teams on necessary product changes or new capabilities.
- Develop business processes, operating models, and documentation for repeatable, scalable program execution.
- Transition mature programs to operational teams, maintaining quality and continuity.
- Engage directly with CorrigoPro service providers for discovery, validation, and feedback.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert on the service provider segment, championing the voice of the customer.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in revenue strategy, business development, product commercialization, or P&L ownership, ideally within a B2B SaaS, marketplace, or platform business.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and personally executing strategies from business case through to a live program.
- Experience in or strong familiarity with the facilities management, field service management (FSM), or service provider ecosystem.
- Strong financial acumen, including the ability to build business cases and model revenue scenarios.
- Proven ability to influence without direct reporting relationships, driving cross-functional alignment and executive buy-in.
- Exceptional communication skills, with comfort presenting to C-level and senior executive audiences.
- Highly self-directed, with the ability to operate effectively as an individual contributor in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Direct experience working with or selling to service providers, subcontractors, or tradespeople in a facilities or field service context (preferred).
- Experience with marketplace, API integration, or connector ecosystem strategy (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI applications in field service, workforce management, or B2B SaaS (preferred).
- Prior experience in a revenue operations, GTM strategy, or product commercialization function within an enterprise software company (preferred).
- Experience designing and launching partner programs or monetization frameworks (preferred).
