About the Role
Join our busy stores where teams have fun while working hard to ensure customers leave with a smile and lasting memories of enjoying our ice cream with family and friends. Apply for our Part Time Ice Cream position at our Danforth location.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, serve ice cream, make milkshakes and assist customers with purchases
- Provide information to customers
- Multi-task with the ability to work independently
- Keep shelves stocked and replenish supplies
- Handle cash and make change
- Process payments by cash, credit card or automatic debit
- Conduct sales transactions through internet-based electronic commerce
- Maintain a clean store atmosphere
- Stand/walk and bend at the waist
- Lift and/or move objects weighing at least 11.3 kg (25 lbs)
- Perform repetitive tasks, specifically in the wrists
- Bend, stoop and stand for the duration of the shift
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Mature and reliable with strong communication skills and work ethic
- Flexible; crew members must be available to work a variety of shifts on days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays
- Availability between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM each day is preferred
- Ability to multi-task with the ability to work independently
- Have reliable transportation
