About the Role
As a Data Analyst on the Fraud Intelligence team, you will develop a deep understanding of our customers and the fraud challenges they face. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Fraud Response partners, you will identify and help close gaps in our fraud products. This is a dynamic role, sitting at the cross-section of our customers, the business, and product development. You’ll be responsible for tracking trends in our fraud cases and advising prioritization in product enhancements, then working with internal tooling and engineering teams to build needed protection for our customers.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an analyst or similar.
- Experience using AI tools in your work.
- Statistical background and ability to draw sound conclusions from complex data.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate findings with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent written and oral communication in English.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
