About the Role
ELS is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to provide exceptional customer service and ensure memorable guest and resident experiences.
Responsibilities
- Act as the property liaison, providing information and responding to guest and resident inquiries in person and over the phone.
- Process payments and deposits.
- Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.
- Partner with the Property Manager to address inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing conflicts and solving problems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
