About the Role
Sales Associates serve as ambassadors of the Burlington brand, assisting customers throughout their shopping experience, maintaining store appearance, and supporting daily operations. This role offers direct customer interaction and contributes to the overall store environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Help customers locate merchandise.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and clean sales floor.
- Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance.
- Support housekeeping and store appearance standards.
- Assist with register operations and bagging merchandise.
- Support day-to-day store operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be customer service oriented.
- Must enjoy working with people.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand, reach, lift, and bend throughout the shift.
- Must be willing to work in various store departments as assigned.
