About the Role
The Legal Transformation role focuses on modernizing and optimizing legal processes, systems, and operations to improve contract lifecycle management, compliance, and risk mitigation through digitalization and process redesign. This involves implementing legal technology, streamlining workflows, and enhancing efficiency within legal operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic vision into actionable scope, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap with quarterly and annual checkpoints aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Ensure disciplined execution across all legal transformation initiatives.
- Deliver enterprise programs such as contract lifecycle, compliance, and risk management.
- Establish clear charters, critical paths, RAID logs, and value cases for on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Own delivery of several projects/programs within the S&T organization.
- Lead governance forums and steering routines, preparing executive-level materials for decision-making.
- Align legal, finance, procurement, IT, and regional stakeholders.
- Escalate decisions and unblock dependencies to ensure transparency and speed.
- Ensure proper preparation and alignment on key decisions and global platforms.
- Oversee implementation and adoption of legal technology platforms including Icertis/NEXO, ServiceNOW, and OneLaw.
- Drive integrations, enforce data standards, and enable platform interoperability to accelerate digital transformation.
- Lead the redesign of processes for efficiency and compliance by mapping current and future states.
- Standardize templates and workflows, and embed controls.
- Apply lean methodologies to remove friction and reduce cycle times.
Requirements
- 8+ years in operations, enterprise transformation, or strategic development
- Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives in matrixed organizations
- Understanding of process design and technical platforms
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies preferred

Salary/Compensations
- $123,500 - $206,750
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
