About the Role
We believe a perfectly prepared room says more about a hotel than any marketing campaign. That's why we treat housekeeping as what it truly is — a craft of hospitality. We're looking for people in Berlin who take pride in that craft.
Responsibilities
- Prepare guest rooms and serviced apartments to brand standard — from the bed to the last detail guests can feel
- Own quality: room checks, amenities, linen and supplies management
- As part of the hotel team, make sure every room is ready as if your own mother checks in tonight
- Spot and report anything in the room that isn't right, so the guest experience always is
Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping or hospitality — or a genuine drive to learn the craft properly
- Reliability and an eye for detail
- German OR English — our team speaks many languages
- Willingness to work some weekends (with a fair schedule, planned in advance)
