About the Role

The Physical Security Technology and Projects Manager will support the global security systems and technology department by managing system administration, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure system integrity. This role provides technical oversight and assistance to regional locations for all physical security technology needs.

Responsibilities

Support management with project planning and coordination to meet commitments on time and within resource limitations.
Determine requirements, establish priorities, and monitor progress with management approval.
Evaluate project status and resource utilization, implement changes as needed, review status reports, and modify schedules or plans.
Meet regularly with client representatives to provide status updates, address issues, support service level changes, assist with security planning, assessments, and surveys, and review/update post orders.
Implement, maintain, audit, and enhance electronic security technology, including security systems, servers, software, and systems integrations.
Support the administration and documentation of electronic security technology and provide training and technical support.
Coordinate with third-party companies and vendors regarding electronic security technology projects, services, and maintenance activities.
Ensure quality control of electronic security system installations.
Manage and prioritize multiple large-scale physical security projects simultaneously.
Analyze existing system processes and develop and implement recommended improvements.
Assist and advise field technical personnel on system response procedures and operational theory.
Manage projects involving security system configuration, implementation, and commissioning.
Serve as a trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME) for electronic and physical security systems.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant technology systems experience supporting physical security programs.
Experience with physical security technology systems.
Extensive experience in security operations, including electronic security technology management, project management, and security systems support in large-scale environments.
Experience with other enterprise security platforms and technologies.
Experience with server administration.
Understanding of electronic security network infrastructure and architecture.
Strong experience with enterprise security systems and communications.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with minimal supervision.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
Analytical problem-solving skills with a data-informed approach.
Strong project management capabilities.
Demonstrated technical and professional expertise, with a commitment to staying current on industry developments and emerging technologies.
Ability to participate in an on-call security rotation.
Availability to work occasional nights and weekends as needed.
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
Regular computer use.
Ability to see, hear, speak, and write clearly to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
Occasional reaching, lifting of small objects, and operation of office equipment.

Salary/Compensations

$110,000 USD annually
Eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus
