About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively and effectively root cause data and performance issues across the business in order to ensure continued strong performance.
  • Create and improve dashboards, visualizations, and automations that help us scale analytics across Flex.

  • Combine data and strategy, acting as a bridge between data insights and strategic priorities.
  • Champion best practices, precise and consistent terminology, and robust documentation within Analytics and more broadly across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience using analytical and statistical methods to support and drive critical business outcomes.
  • Expert communicator who can break down complex technical concepts into simple business vernacular.
  • Experience across a variety of analytical domains that allow you to bring unique perspectives to solving hard problems.
  • Demonstrated success driving business strategy and outcomes from an analytics lens.
  • Advanced experience with SQL, business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Mode, Looker, etc.).
  • Experience with ETL processes, especially utilizing dbt and Snowflake.
  • Track record of using quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive decisions.
