About the Role
Manage and grow business within an established Capital Region territory by maintaining strong existing chain relationships and identifying opportunities to increase sales and distribution.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key chain accounts
- Execute sales strategies to drive volume and distribution
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Ensure proper merchandising and brand representation in accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and consistent follow-up
Requirements
- Strong interest in the beverage industry
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability (or strong desire) to meet and exceed sales goals
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
