About the Role
Twin Liquors is seeking a dedicated individual to join their warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, dependable, resourceful, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic to keep up with fast-paced warehouse demands.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, load, and unload delivery vehicles.
- Adhere to all state and company driving regulations and policies.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Complete deliveries in a timely and safe manner.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Set and achieve the highest standards in warehouse/wholesale execution.
- Follow assigned delivery routes.
- Perform basic truck maintenance, including refueling, visual inspections, and reporting potential issues.
- Complete all delivery-related paperwork and required reports.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding warehouse operations.
- Utilize equipment such as forklifts and dollies as needed.
- Pull orders.
- Ensure all orders have been printed and are available for picking.
- Ensure adherence to TABC rules and regulations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by accurately pulling orders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess strong knowledge of company policies, goals, and standards.
- Ability to act with integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and oral/written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience and excellent customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Ability to use applicable technology and access necessary information to complete daily responsibilities.
- Ability to follow directions and established procedures.
- Ability to initiate task completion without direct supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in high-stress situations.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, seeking to improve quality and applying feedback.
- Full knowledge of all applicable TABC regulations.
- Ability to stand for 4-hour intervals, totaling 8 hours per day, up to 40 hours per week.
- Ability to frequently climb a ladder.
- Ability to frequently twist, bend, stoop, kneel, and crawl.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, repeatedly.
- Ability to work 8 hours at a time.
