About the Role
Group Sales Box Office at Broadway.com is seeking a marketing generalist to support and expand marketing and partnership efforts. This role will promote GSBO and its partners to group ticket buyers.
Responsibilities
- Lead event coordination including VIP client invites and staff events.
- Lead social media planning, content creation, paid campaigns, and community management.
- Manage content updates to the consumer-facing website and internal CMS.
- Manage and develop archival and organizational systems.
- Maintain industry contact list.
- Create and distribute internal staff industry briefings and updates.
- Collaborate on Show-Specific Partnership Account Oversight including creating proposals, on-boarding, budgeting, invoicing, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate on updates and enhancements to the website and CMS, including UX.
- Collaborate on partnership reporting including sales reports and activation recaps.
- Collaborate on the scheduling and execution of GSBO and partner emails and newsletters.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally on data-driven, cross-platform outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally on the creation and design of marketing materials and collateral.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally on copywriting for all marketing materials including e-blasts, blog posts, publication advertorials, and outreach campaigns.
- Support the promotion and development of GSBO’s marketing membership programs including the Broadway Cooperative.

- Proficiency with Microsoft 365; Office including Excel, and Google Suite is required.
- Experience with social media content creation including design and editing is a must.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite is a must.
- Experience with design software (Canva) is a must.
- Experience with CRM or ticketing system is an asset.
- Experience with task management software (Asana) is an asset.
- Experience with html formatting is an asset.
- Interest in the performing arts and tourism is an asset.
- Must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
