About the Role
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator with a minimum of 5 years of experience to produce tight tolerance products.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate CNC Lathes (Mazak Quick Turn 250, 350 & 450 and Integrex 100ST/200ST).
- Programming experience with Mazatrol & Top Solid (“G” Code a PLUS).
- Test run machines to verify outputs meet programmed specifications.
- Set-up machines for full cycles to fabricate large lot sizes.
- Inspect and measure finished products against blueprint requirements.
- Prepare and load raw materials/parts onto machines.
- Make necessary adjustments to improve results.
- Check and maintain machinery daily for functionality.
- Understand task specifications and desired results by reading blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Communicate with co-workers.
