Responsibilities
- Provide on-site customer support for installation, maintenance, repair, and qualification of analytical instruments.
- Advise customers on software updates, equipment upgrades, qualifications, and process optimizations.
- Document customer service calls and issues in the relevant systems.
- Support the service team as needed.
Requirements
- Technical training in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, physics/chemistry, or higher.
- Ideally, initial professional experience in technical customer service for software-based analytical systems.
- Independent, structured, and efficient work style.
- Organizational talent, commitment, and a high degree of customer orientation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office package.
- Reside in a conveniently located area within the service region.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken).
