About the Role
This hybrid role, based in London, supports Mixpanel's EMEA business across London, Barcelona, and Israel offices. You will report to the Global Head of HR Business Partners and act as a strategic advisor to EMEA GTM leadership, shaping programs and policy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary People Business Partner for Mixpanel's EMEA GTM leadership team, acting as a strategic advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- Proactively coach and partner with GTM people managers and leaders across EMEA to build, lead, and grow high-performing teams.
- Lead complex, multi-country change initiatives, including reorgs, compensation cycles, and policy rollouts, from strategy through communication.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations matters across the UK, Spain, and Israel, balancing legal risk, company principles, and individual dignity.
- Translate workforce data (attrition, engagement, performance) into actionable business cases for leaders.
- Collaborate with the broader People team on programs to enhance the company-wide employee experience, contributing an EMEA and GTM perspective to global design.
- Maintain fluency in HR principles, practices, and regulatory environments across the UK, Spain, and Israel to confidently recommend policy.
- Build automation and AI into personal and team workflows to increase efficiency and focus on judgment-based tasks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR/People roles, with at least 5 years as a dedicated People/HR Business Partner, preferably supporting Sales or go-to-market organizations.
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices in the UK, Spain, and Israel.
- Deep functional experience in at least two of the following HR areas: talent management, employee relations, employee experience, compensation, organizational development, or HR policy.
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and manage multi-country problems from inception to completion.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, combined with commercial judgment and empathy.
- Proficiency with AI and automation tools, with a proactive approach to using them for efficiency.
- Excellent, direct communication skills that build trust, even in difficult conversations.
