About the Role
As a Freezer Warehouse Operative, you will be part of a specialist team working in a high-performing freezer environment at temperatures as low as -25°C. Your safety and comfort are prioritized, with full thermal protective gear provided. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy an active role, working in a close-knit team, and do not mind a cooler climate.
Responsibilities
- Ensure products are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or over.
- Must be able to handle Meat and Alcohol.
- Must be within a reasonable commute time from the site.
- Must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions.

Salary/Compensations
- £14.03 per hour (including freezer premium)
- Night Shift Premium: +£2.67 per hour (midnight to 6 AM)
- Overtime Pay: 1.25x basic rate
- Starting salary: £12.84 per hour (base pay)
- Freezer premium + £1.00 per hour
