About the Role
Masonicare at Home is hiring private caregivers and homemakers for live-in or hourly live-out work. Caregivers assist clients in various ways to maintain safety, engagement, and activity within their homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide conversation and general companionship
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Change bed and bath linens
- Handle laundry tasks
- Prepare meals
- Run errands for clients
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with phone calls, appointment scheduling, and mail management
- Engage clients in recreation such as reading, games, crafts, and walks
- Drive or accompany clients to appointments
- Assist with bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, hair/skin care, and feeding
- Provide toileting and incontinence care
- Assist with exercises, ambulation, and transfer activities
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn
- Availability for 12hr shifts or 3hr shifts
- Availability at least 2 days per week
- Day shift availability
