About the Role
Contribute towards sales goals with optimal guest service and operational integrity. Create a welcoming and organized environment, provide attentive support, and ensure a seamless transition for guests from the sales floor to the fitting room. Manage merchandise flow and conduct accurate item counts, playing a vital role in managing inventory. Uphold high standards of professionalism by resolving guest inquiries and maintaining AMAZE standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure every guest is greeted and acknowledged upon entering the fitting room.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by regularly sweeping and clearing out empty stalls.
- Walk guests to available stalls and ensure cleanliness before entry.
- Accurately count all merchandise brought into the fitting rooms, and count them out upon exiting, reporting any missing items, tags, or sensors.
- Protect assets by partnering with management and loss prevention if any fitting room policies are breached.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 10-15 lbs.
- Must have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous retail fitting room experience preferred.
