About the Role
East End Home Care is offering Home Health Aide (HHA) training with a special incentive: the agency will cover half the cost of training for candidates who commit to working with them. This role provides essential in-home care services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
Requirements
- Willingness to complete Home Health Aide training (training cost partially covered by the agency).
- Commitment to work with East End Home Care following completion of training, including at least 12 hours per week.
- Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
