About the Role
Solar Consultants meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments to guide them through understanding and purchasing solar. This role involves no door knocking, cold calling, or prospecting, as all appointments are set, confirmed, and scheduled by the company. Momentum Solar invests approximately $1,000 per appointment, providing consultants with qualified leads and a commitment to their success.
Responsibilities
- Attend pre-set, confirmed appointments with homeowners
- Clearly explain solar options, pricing, and benefits
- Answer questions and address concerns with confidence and honesty
- Guide homeowners through a structured decision-making process
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
Requirements
- CAR AND LICENSE REQUIRED
- Strong communicators who are comfortable leading conversations
- Individuals who take coaching well and apply feedback
- People with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, leadership, education, competitive athletes, or other performance-based roles
- Self-motivated professionals who want control over their income
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends to match homeowner schedules
