About the Role
We are building an AI-native platform for our internal developers, focusing on shortening the time from idea to value for both development teams and customers. The platform aims to maximize AI acceleration by providing a smooth and safe development path.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) as code using Terraform.
- Build CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) with guardrails for safe agentic releases.
- Manage and scale multi-region Kubernetes clusters.
- Maintain and evolve Helm charts and deployment workflows as reusable components.
- Strengthen observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Harden infrastructure security, including image scanning, policy-as-code, network segmentation, and firewall configuration.
- Partner with product engineering teams to support their infrastructure needs.
- Enable developers and agents to deploy and manage services independently.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or software engineering.
- AI-forward mindset, holding all built components to an AI-native standard.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to support engineering teams.
- Strong communicator capable of explaining platform complexity and trade-offs clearly.
- Expert-level English, spoken and written.
