Responsibilities
- Guide the client experience from booking to check-out, matching clients with memberships and services.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and calming studio environment.
- Manage daily schedules to minimize open slots and keep service providers busy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail or service sales.
- Prior experience in membership-based sales is a plus.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong accountability, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Comfort navigating scheduling software, managing phone calls, and attending to clients.
