About the Role
Alkegen is seeking a motivated individual to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating production machinery, monitoring product quality, and maintaining production records. We are looking for talent ready to contribute to our mission of helping people breathe easier, live greener, and go further.
Responsibilities
- Operates production machines to perform operations or produce parts.
- Manages jobs with short durations requiring frequent set-up changes.
- Monitors product quality with moderate control.
- Follows written or verbal instructions and general operating practices.
- Applies judgment and selectivity in operations.
- Sets up machines involving multiple variables.
- Loads raw materials, operates machines, and unloads finished products.
- Performs additional operations manually or using simple machines.
- Routinely checks products for multiple characteristics using standard measuring devices.
- Adjusts set-up and process operation as needed.
- Maintains production records and monitors product quality against control charts.
